Our flat is comfortable, sunny, clean, and spacious. It has a big kitchen. I love spending time in my house because is really sunny, the comun garden and the pool area is very nice, near of the best beaches of the island, Salinas, Talamanca, Bossa, close to shops and restaurants in a very quite area, safe and animated, you can go walking to the town to Dalt Villa Castle that is Patrimonio de la Humanidad Unesco, and to the Ibiza Port where is all the ambient.
We do a swap to Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, New York, San Franciso and it is a great experience, so we want repeat it.
It is a cosy flat in a private residential for 6 people available, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and big sofa in the living room. But more comfortable for 5 without the sofa.
“We spend a week in this beautiful relaxing house in the north west from Ibiza. Great beaches and coves in that area and a short 20-30 min ride to Ibiza city when needed. We enjoyed a lot our stay! Carolina was super nice and very helpful since the beginning, thank you for everything!”
“The house was perfect, spacious, clean, open and it had a great garden at terrace to bbq and sit out to read. In addition. The development had a fantastic pool and tennis court. The owners were wonderful and helpful with directions, recommendations, wifi help and anything else we could have needed. If you would like to go to Ibiza we highly recommend swapping with this wonderful family!”
We are Carol (49 years old) with two children, (22), and (19). I manage a real state in Ibiza, do yoga, non smoker, very polite and healthy and enjoy travelling when able to get away. I think it is great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Spain. This is our first home, so it is not possible non simultaneous.
