Our home

We offer a small and beautiful apartment in the center of San Sebastian. We have three bedrooms, one with one single bed, one with two beds, and one with a double bed. There is a living room, for 4/5 people, and a small kitchen where all the family can eat. It's a 60m2 apartment, with wooden floor, and just redecorated. We live in front of a beautiful bay where you can swimm, sail and sunbathe. The flat is located in the port of San Sebastian and it's a fishing port where there is no traffic at all and is calm at night.

Who we are

  1. We are Kike and Idoia, a married couple with two teenagers. We are both professionals (computing technitian and a teacher) and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in the Basque Country, Spain. We have travelled a lot with our camper all through Europe, but now we would like to visit Australia and stay in Sidney for about a month.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Situated in a picturesque area in the center of San Sebastian, with shopping streets around, not far from the bus stops that can take you around the city and sorroundings. My parents, relatives and friends live around. It is one of the most typical "quartiers" of San Sebastian with nice restaurants and bars where you can taste the deliciuous gastronomy and "Pintxos", there is entertainment all the year through and specially in summer.
