Our home
Our holiday home is a spacious three bedroom house with two living areas, it is a child friendly house as we have four children and are foster carers. The house is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. We usually go there for the whole summer but are hoping to exchange to Florida instead next year (2008)so the children can visit Disney. The kitchen/diner is fully equiped for up to eight people, there are two TV areas with English TV, DVD player and DVD'S. The balcony is south facing and fully furnished. In the living room, I love sitting on the sofa and looking out over the vast mountain views as the sun sets in the evening. And the weather is always fantastic. Who we are

We are Sian and Phil. We are Foster Carers and live in Holyhead, N. Wales. We have two birth children 17 girl and 14 boy, we also foster two children a girl 16 and a boy 12. We love travelling and being in a warm climate. We enjoy sports and completed the London Marathon this year. We are hoping to retire somewhere warm and so or quest to find the perfect place is on. We visited Florida this year in februrary and absolutely fell in love with the place. We have not exchanged before but it sounds like the perfect solution for the larger family for the longer vacations. We are hoping to exchange to Florida for about 4 weeks in July/August

Situated on a hill, in a small peaceful, coastal village there are a few bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a bakery. There are also local hotels with great sporting facilities for all to use. The nearest town & beach (1 mile) is Costa Caleta where there is an abundance of restaurants, bars, entertainment, watersports facilities, golf courses, bowling and cinema. Fuerteventura has some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe and hiring a car is definately recommended to explore this fantastic island.
