Our home

There is 1200 sq. meters garden and a 2 storeys house designed in a some English Style (I love England).
The house is called "La Casa Amarilla" (The yellow house) because its colour.
Because the warm weather in Andalusia the house is sourrounded of big cipresus and other shade trees. Nevertheless you have air conditioned in each room.

Who we are

We are 2 senior people. (doctor and Midwife). No smokers
In the property live 2 beautiful dogs (german sheapher) but never come inside home.The dogs are the "property guards" but only barking never..never...are agressive. A gardener is comming to take care of the garden and the dogs.Therefore the pets should remain in Spain.
Currently we are living in London for 2 years..working in the Health Sector..and while to decide to buy a property in London we rented an appartament..but that is no home!

Your neighbourhood

This is a country side home. 15 minutes from Cordoba (300.000p). 45 minutes from Sevilla(1000000 p) Airport (where Ryanair offers stunning fares from London).
1 hour from Malaga. All this destination by no-fee motorways.
The cost os living in this part of Andalucia is half of the London is.
There is a pleasant neighbourhood.
My main pleasure is to come back from a sky-open cinema (Summer cinemas) at 1. am and to have a bath in the warm water of the swimming pool.
