Our home

Our lovely Andalusian villa is our summer and weekends residence on the beach, where you can enjoy the sunny weather all the year.
The house has two floors, a balcony, two patios, great for having dinner in the evenings, two bathrooms and two rooms: one with a queen size bed and the other one is a big room with four single beds and another queen size bed.
The kitchen is big and full equipped.
Bed clothes, fans, heaters, three bikes and all kind of staff for the beach are included.
Great to visit during the local folklore feast, such as "Carnavales" on February, "Semana Santa" Easter Holiday and "Feria", on April and September.

Who we are

We are three couples: Adolfo, an engineer, and Mª José, a social worker and our two daughters: Irene (Film and Gender studies. 29 years) and Celia (Engineer. 26 years) and their boyfriends, Juan (Artist.32 years) and Pablo (Carpenter. 24 years). We live and work in Seville and we would like to travel together or, depending on the dates, by couples.
We are open to any offer, specially in Europe.
We like to travel a lot and we are looking forward to make a home exchange so we can travel the whole family together.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Chipiona has 12.600 metres of white, thin sand beach and is famous for its sea water, very rich in iodine, wich make it unique for the thalassotherapy.

The town is located at 100 km from Seville, the capital of Andalucía and the fourth biggest city of Spain and at 30 Km from Jerez de la Frontera, where is located the closest airport and the famous sherry wineries.

The house is at less than five minutes walk from the main beach (Playa de Regla) and the neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly.
Chipiona is next to Doñana natural park, a very advisable visit.

From Chipiona, you can visit Gibraltar, the British town, or go to Algeciras, where you can take a ferry and visit the north of morocco. On Sundays, people from villages go to the city of Tanger to sell traditional and handcraft products on a market. Many people from Cádiz go to this market too.
