Our home

We offer a terraced house in one of the most exclusive resorts in Andalucia, Novo Sancti Petri. The house has three bedrooms (two of them with bunk beds), terrace and garden with a fantastic view on to the golf course. There is an impressive common area with a childrens playground, two swimmingpools (open from June 15 to September 15) and two paddle-tennis courts. The living room is provided with air conditioning and the main bedroom with a cooling system.

“Nous avons passé deux semaines chez Pedro et Anna. Leur maison est située dans une résidence parfaitement enretenue et très calme en bordure de golf. La piscine est vraiment très grande et il fait bon y faire quelques longueurs ou bronzer à l'ombre des grands arbres. La plage se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à vélo et est vraiment très agréable. Le coucher de soleil du soir est un moment exceptionnel à ne pas rater. Notre visite à Tarifa nous a ravis (balade en bateau au milieu des dauphins). Les échanges avec Pedro et Anna ont toujours été très cordiaux et positifs. Voilà un échange parfaitement réussi à tous points de vue et parfaitement organisé. Merci à Pedro et Anna de nous avoir permis de découvrir la Costa del Luz. Nous recommandons vivement...”

Who we are

We are experienced and succesful home exchangers, having done more than twenty in the last nine Years. We are a family of six, with four daughters aged 20, 17 and 16 (twins ). Our job is law related. Though it's been only four of us travelling together lately.
For Summer 2016: Anywhere in UK, not far from the coast and preferably on the south (Cornwall, Surrey, Sussex) or Rome or any other European city.
We are always open to an offer from London.
We cannot exchange with rural o isolated areas. We need a place with a reasonable public transport connection.

Where is it?

Novo Sancti Petri is one of the most sought-after resorts in Andalucia, and maybe the quietest. You can enjoy a sunny weather all the year round, and the winter is mild. There are many activities which can be enjoyed, as horse riding and tennis, close at hand. The beach is 1.400 metres from the house. Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz are 40 kilometres far. Other interesting places to visit are the so called "white villages" and Bolonia. Sevilla is 130 km from Novo Sancti Petri. There is a small private at 500 metres and a shopping centre at 700. A bus stops at the main entrance of the development at about every half an hour in winter and fifteen minutes in summer. This is a perfect place for families or even for those who just want to play golf or visit western Andalucia. The Novo Sancti Petri golf course (36 holes) is well known among golfers, and there are many others not far: San Andrés Golf, Monteenmedio, and so on.
