Our home

This is our second home and so we're flexible about exchange dates. It's comfortable and spacious, with easy access to a swimming pool and views of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. There are three bedrooms downstairs and a study/spare bedroom in the attic which gives access to a great roof terrace which is nearly the size of the entire house. There's a pergola to provide some shade and a hammock, which make it a great way of spending a lazy sunny day. Another favourite spot is the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool, a great spot to enjoy your breakfast, or a chilled glass of white wine at sunset.

Who we are

  1. Chris is a freelance tv producer, and Amor, teaches animation and graphic design at an art school in Zamora. We ideally would like to swap in July, but we are flexible, and would be happy to do a non-simultaneous exchange.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The village beach is just 100 metres away, and great for boogie boarding in the afternoon, but if you feel like a bit more activity, then try snorkelling in the coves around the lighthouse, otherwise just go for a walk up there, the views are worth it.
If you want to get in touch with mother nature, Calblanque, about ten minutes drive away, offers some of the only unspoilt and undeveloped beaches remaining in the Mediterranean.
La Manga Club is fifteen minutes drive away and boasts one of the finest championship golf courses in Spain, the Health Club and Spa are also well worth a visit.
Just across the road is the supermarket which supplies great seafood and really fresh fish, the langostines and the bream are to be recommended!
If you want to eat out, take a leisurely stroll along the beach and into the fishing port, as you'd expect there are loads of fish restaurants to choose from, as well as bars and nightlife.
