Our home

Our home is a nice, sunny and quiet apartment in the center of Barcelona. It has four rooms, including a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a studio with a computer and broadband internet connection available. It has a luminous living room with a big leather sofa and a 42" flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player, Ipod Hi-fi and a table where 4 people can eat comfortably. The salon leads to a small and peaceful balcony with a table and two chairs with views of a quiet park. It also has two bathrooms, both of them with toilette, basin, and shower; and a fully equipped kitchen. All the apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Our car, a Mercedes Westfalia full equipped campervan is optional. And we can also offer a vacational home (not on July and August though) in Sitges, a charming and famous beach village very close to Barcelona.

Who we are

We are a young couple in our therties, both graphic designers. Marcel has his own design studio (porcuatro.com) and Ainhoa is design director at ruiz+company.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The apartment is centrally located in "l'Eixample" and it is very close to everything. "El Raval", for example, one of the most known areas of the city and full of restaurants, gallerys, shops, and nightlife, is 10 minutes walking. The beach is easily reached by bus, only 20 minutes away and "Las Ramblas" is just 10 minutes by metro or 20 minutes walking. It is also very close to the metro station (literally 1 minute from home) and at only three stops from Plaza Catalunya/Las Ramblas (the very center of Barcelona). Barcelona is a really attractive city full of life, frienldy people, incredible food, history, architecture, museums, design, and it has a nice and long beach.
