Our home

It's a cosy and sunny apartment in the very old center of the city, surrounded by restaurants, cinemas, etc. It's noiseless, thought, since it's a 5th floor (no lift, but you'll get used to it). It's not really big (around 65msq) but it has a big terrace (more than 120msq) with 360º views over the city. So it's a great start and end place of all of your adventures and excursions around this beautiful city and amazing surroundings. Don't forget, though, to take care of my flowers and tomato plants! (If you come in summer, you're very welcomed to take some.)

Property features

Who we are

  1. I'm 32 right now and I work as an actor, doing different kinds of jobs (this year, I've been presenting a program for kids in the national television, also played in musicals, etc.). I love music, walking, silence, the ocean, reading, a good wine and a better chat. I love cooking (I'm not bad at all at it.) And I hope I can travel to many countries and get to know a lot of people. I'm an independent worker, so I can arrange my own holidays, although I can't leave for long time. Only in summer I can go for more than two weeks.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Gracia. It's like a little town in the middle of the city. There are very few cars, since most of the street are pedestrian's. Full of restaurants, little shops and places from everywhere around the world. Friendly people from all around the world live here, neighbourhood chosen by musiciens, artists, in general. And if you walk 5' down the street you enter in Eixample, the modernist quarter where you'll find all Gaudi's buildings (you can see Sagrada Familia from my terrace), and the very best of the city. You walk 30' more and you'll find the beach (only 10' by subway).
