Apartment of 90m2 in the center of Barcelona. Between the Sagrada Familia and the Paseo de Gracia. In the last floor with elevator. All the rooms are in the inside part of the building with a small interior terrace. No noise at all. The flat is compose of three bedrooms, one for a couple, other individual, and one for a kid. Two bathrooms , the kitchen and the living room.
We have one nice cat that you have to take care if you come in our apartment.
We also have a house in the French Pyrenees, two hours with car from Barcelona. It is a nice house of 70 meters square, with a Terrace and small garden. The house is located in Llo, just in the french border, it is a very nice village where you can practice hiking, skiing (in winter), climbing, and a lot of nature activities.

We are a couple in our 30's, Alice from France working as a Psychologist, Oriol from Spain and working in e-commerce. We have a nice girl, Elsa, she is six year's old.
The apartment is in Eixample neighbourhood, in the center of Barcelona. Is very near from the main monuments and 30 minutes walking from the beach. It is a very charming neighbourhood wth a lot of history.
