Our home

The cottage is over a 100 years old and it is built of solid stone, the walls are 60cm. The house is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is situated in a peaceful village called Longra which is only 6km from the heart of Tomar whic is a "World Heritage Site" with its famous "Convent of Christ" where the Knight Templars left from during the Holy Crusades.
Longra is a sleepy village with no shops at all, on the other hand there are many shops and supermarkets in Tomar only 10 minutes by car.

The house has two lounges, one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. Then there is the kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There are 3 air-condition units. One in each lounge and one in the main bedroom. They create cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter.
There is a lovely covered terrace, There is a toilet next to the terrace. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE PLEASE!
