This is a traditional Norwegian house from the 1980's. We have refurbished the whole house, inside and out, in 2018-2019. The house is within walking distance to the center of Stavanger. 20 minutes from Sola airport. I will attach photos from outside once the garden is rebuilt.
The house holds 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 holds a 120 cm. bed for 1-2 people
Bedroom 2 holds 1 bed
Bedroom 3 holds a sofabed, it is also possible to get 2 mattresses in here.
1,5 bathrooms, kitchen and a livingroom. T
he garden is now beeing upgraded with a conservatory and pergolas.
There is 1 kids-chair, and we can provide a babycot upon request.
Car-swapping is also possible.
Stavanger is known for it's centre with beautiful old wooden houses, and is a great place for hiking, epic hikes up to Pulpit Rock (from Mission Impossible), Kjerag ect.
We have 3 kids, at the age of 6, 9 and 12. Nearby you will find schools, playgrounds, a swimmingpool, ponds, soccerfield, Stavanger Concert Hall, a shoppingmall, groceryshopping is just a 3 minutes walk away.

The neighbourhood is quiet, and situated by schools and kindergardens, playgrounds, small woods, ponds ect. You can walk to: town, 3 minutes to the bus-stop, grocerystores, pharmacy, shoppingmall, doctors, soccerfields and an indoor swimmingpool.
15 minutes by car, and you will be at the sandy beaches of Randaberg and Sola, 15 more minutes and you can go surfing at Bore-beach.
30 minutes away from Mosterøy and Rennesøy, green islands.
From Stavanger you can take boats in to the fjords, or you can go hikinig in the mountains, eks. Pulpit Rock or Kjerag.
