Our home

Villa Skovly is a brick house built in 1910. The house is located at Blommenholm in a very nice neighborhood, 10 km from Oslo Central. The Villa has been recently renovated and decorated in an old fashion Scandinavian style inspired buy Art Nouveau. There is a balcony outside the master bedroom. One small bedroom with 2 single beds and one big bedroom with bunk bed. TV in every bedroom and big flat screen Tv in living room.DVD,stereo,high speed Internet,x-box360, a well-equipped kitchen with gas grill and outdoor gas grill for use in the summer.Big dining room. A lot of toys for small children and a big trampoline with safety net in the garden. Big garden.

Who we are

My name is Monica. I am 36 years old. I am the manager of my own company that sells interior articles. I have a daughter that is 12 years old. And me and my husband David have one son together he is 4 years old. David is 46 years old. He is half Norwegian and half English. He works with internet Technology reg. music on internet. He has two children from earlier marriage; they are 12 and 16 years old. Our interests are movies, books, interior, boats and traveling.

Your neighbourhood

Within only 10 minutes walk you will be at the sea side with walk about, a small beach and harbor. An art museum/gallery and a well known restaurant are located in same area. Sandvika the nearest town is only 20 min walk. Where you have Norwayâs biggest shopping mail and an Island with more beaches and nice area for walks. Also Cinema, theater and more restaurants is located in Sandvika. Only a short drive away you can find nice skiing hills for Slalom and cross country. You can reach the Oslo city's center in a matter of minutes. The train station is very close and the train will take you to Oslo in 10 minutes. It is an ideal location for exploring and enjoying Oslo and the fjords around. Villa Skovly can be exchanged, and a 5 seated Dodge is also available for Oslo touring if needed.
