Modern house close to city centre and the fjord

Our cosy and modern home is located in a unique part of Oslo called Nordstrand, close to the city centre by bus (15 min) or local train (10 min), a short walk from the fjord (15 min) and 2 min from an alpine skiing slope by foot. This is an established, well-kept and safe area with friendly neighbours, of which mostly families. We have close access to public transport such as the bus and local train, which take us to the city centre within 10-15 min. The house is 155 m2 across 3 stores, and has a jacuzzi for 6 people outdoors in the garden, which is fantastic especially in the winter time in the crisp clear air. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and an extra living room in the basement with a bed sofa and an extra bed, in addition to a large bathroom with shower. From the house, there is a 5 km walking track along the river and fjord, with an award-winning cafe along the way. In addition to alpine skiing nearby, you can do cross-country skiing within 5 min driving, and a natural skating ice just 2 min away. Perfect for outdoor time and activity. In all, this house provides a great balance between city life and a more countryside feel.

We are looking primarily for a home exchange for Christmas 2019-2020 in Sydney Australia or in the USA (west or east cost) since these are our dream destinations. Any requests which are out of our dream destinations will be evaluated and answered if it is interesting enough.
