“This exchange is ideal for people who want to combine visits to the capital Oslo and the fjords on the west coast. In Oslo it is very easy to get around on public transport to visit all the main sites. I used the Oslo pas because so many museums are then for free as well as public transport. No hassle or worries in case you get on a wrong bus. I took the famous train from Oslo to Bergen and also the way back from Bergen to Oslo. Also here in Bergen I used the 72 hour Bergen card because it is so handy to use for free transport and most of the museums. With good planning this really pays off as paying separate entrance fees can become quickly costly, From the house it is only a 20 minute drive to the center of Bergen where you can use a free parking space in walking distance of about everything. That really is very nice. Another tip I highly recommend to do is to buy the 5 day Fjord Card from Norled. This gives you unlimited travel for 5 days on the Fjords by boat all the way up to Flam and Selje. The very friendly family was extreemly helpful to provide a lot of information and very good tips to do all the sightseeing in Oslo as well as in Bergen. Thank you so much for all the kindness-.”
