Large sitting room with open fireplace, dining room, open plan kitchen with table for 4 which leads into sunny family room. The family/kitchen area opens onto paved outside area with table and chairs and pretty garden with flowers, pear, kauri and pohutukawa trees as well as a vegetable garden. We have 3 double bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed. The 3rd bedroom is currently used as a study but an extra bed can be provided. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and bath, the 2nd with a shower. Additional accommodation is available by way of a small double bedroom flat above the garage at the front of the property. A nearby bird sanctuary attracts native birds to the pohutukawa tree in our fully fenced garden. If you wish we can provide a cleaner once a week.
