Our architecturally designed modern town house has the wow factor. Designed and built by my husband Mark in 1998. It consists of a open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room which opens up on to a large entertaining deck. Three large double bedrooms, one king bed one queen and a double bed settee that is in the third bedroom (which is currently used as an office ).Two bathrooms one which is an en- suite. A separate laundry area. A deck off the bedroom floor.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The house is located in Brooklyn a lovely suburb bordering the city of Wellington, New Zealand's Capitol. The house is located up a private road which we share with four other homes. Our home boasts one of wellingtons most spectacular views of the city and the harbour. We are surrounded by native bush and are serenaded by the song of the Tui and other native birds. The CBD and the waterfront is within walking distance. Brooklyn village and shops, cafés and the very cool Penthouse cinema is a 7 minute walk from the house. Central Park is just down the road and is a lovely area for a stroll. The south coast and beaches are a 10 minute drive with views over to the south island . There are many walks and mountain bike tracks in and around Wellington. The food in the cafés and restaurants are second to non. wellington has an exceptional cultural heritage with wonderful museums and art galleries .The Ferry that links the north and south Islands leaves from Wellington.
