Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Come and see beautiful New Zealand from Lake Taupo in the centre of the North Island. Four hours easy driving from Auckalnd or Wellington (Capital) and within two and a half hours to the east or west coast and other interesting cities. Our village is on the lakeside 10 minutes driving north of Turangi or 20 minutes south of Taupo and has a small grocer and garage and two cafes close by. Taupo (Pop 20.000) has full city shopping, restaurants etc. The area is a World Heritage Site with active geothermal areas and hot pools, three mountains and forest for walking, skiing etc. World famous river and lake Trout fishing, boating and swimming. Several golf courses, Maori culture, horticulture, vineyards, sheep, deer and dairy farming. Wide open spaces and friendly people.
