Our home

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It is open plan with a large lounge, kitchen and dining room. There is a wood burning stove and a ceiling fan in the lounge. The Master Bedroom has ensuite and walk in wardrobe also a ceiling fan. There is a barbecue area trees, flowers and a shaded sitting area in the garden. I love spending time in my home and having friends over, it is warm and inviting.

Who we are

Our names are Les and Hilary, a married couple We are semi-retired from business and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see ours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in New Zealand.

Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to the cities of Tauranga, tourist attractions of The Mount and the thermal wonderland of Rotorua. There is a domestic airport which links you to the rest of New Zealand.
