Our home

Our home is recently renovated and we have made sure that it has been built for entertaining. A great family home with modern furntiure and art work, along with a fantastic outside dining area which incorporates an outside fire and music. As we live close to the biggest lake in the southern hemisphere, a ski and lake boat is mandatory. We have all the sporting toys along with mountain bikes etc.

Property features

Who we are

  1. Both myself and my husband have just hit the 40's and have 3 children - ages 11, 9 and 6. We are both partners in an accounting practice and I also have a Human Resource business. We are involved in all sorts of sports, water skiing, snow skiing, golf, hockey, netball and soccer. I am currently ranked 11 in NZ at squash and my husband has also done the NZ Iron Man. We have not travelled extensively and would love the opportunity to experience other places in a safe environment. We love entertaining, coffee and great wine!!!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our house is situated 3km from the town centre in one of the most poplular subburbs in Taupo. Taupo is situated in the middle of the Central North Island of New Zealand, therefore we are close to sea, wine making regions, Rotorua's thermal activiites and tramping through the Tongariro National Park. The town has 22,000 permanent residents and this increases to around 60,000 during the holiday season. Cafe's, restaurants and shopping are also a key part of what Taupo has to offer, but the lake is the true jewel in NZ's crown. Trout fishing is a big attraction in the area, however, we just love being on the lake swimming and water skiing.
