This North facing property gets the all day sun, and has expansive covered and uncovered decks off both the kitchen/dining areas and lounge to allow you to BBQ prime local meat over a glass of classic Marlborough wine after a day of adventuring. A luxurious family home, it features three double bedrooms, all of which have en-suites, and a fourth twin bedroom with king singles. The house is located in a very private large garden that features a hot tub, great for relaxing and stargazing. The house features wireless high-speed internet to keep you connected with the rest of the world. Located overlooking the city in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Rotorua, it is but a short drive 5km from central post office. Use this home as a base to explore Rotorua and the larger central North Island, with Taupo, Tauranga, Mt Maunganui and numerous beaches and lakes all under an hours drive. Also, don't forget to explore the various attractions that make Rotorua one of New Zealand's leading tourist destinations.
