Our home has views to the mountains and small view of the sea. Our home is split level and includes a large garage, 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for a family or two couples. The kids love this house because of the many areas to play and hide.
The home has many different angles, lofts in the childrens rooms and was built using native timber. The kitchen, dining and lounge is open plan with flow out onto the paved private patio, where there is outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the weather, sun and views.
We are a family of four, a Clinical Psychologist and Human Resources business owner (www.liveit.net.nz). We have two lovely children 8 and 6. We are very house proud and would take good care of your home.
We are looking for a holiday where we can also introduce the children to some travel and the world.
We have a lovely home in a quiet dead end street, 500 metres from the shops of Richmond. We are 1.5 hours from the Rainbow ski field, 10 minutes by car to beaches, 15 minutes to Nelson city (has a great Saturday market) and 7 minutes to Nelson airport. 30 Minutes to Motueka and from there you can access Kaiteriteri beach and the start of the beautiful Able Tasman National Park (Lonely Planet says Albe Tasma National Park is a "essential experience".
Nelson is the sunshine capital of New Zealand, with warm, sunny weather year round. Visitors are attracted to the region's comfortable climate as well as our stunning rivers, mountains, beaches and forest, our wine and food, and our many cultural attractions.
Well known for its relaxed lifestyle, Nelson Tasman boasts hundreds of kilometres of beautiful coastline and three world-renowned national parks: Abel Tasman, Nelson Lakes and Kahurangi. Farewell Spit, at the tip of the South Island, is New Zealand's longest sand spit and is an internationally-renowned bird sanctuary.
