Our home

Modern 3 bedroom cottage and seperate sunny self contained pool house located in quiet location close to beach in the beautiful Kapiti coast. The main cottage is has been recently refurbished, is warm and sunny with nicely configured spaces. The pool house has a very large double room, separate bathroom, seperate lounge and kitchenette with bi-fold doors opening onto a private sunny courtyard.

Raumati South is located in 50km North of Wellington. Located on the Kapiti Coast, an area with long beaches, great fishing and surf activities, close to fantastic walking and bike tracks. The route hugs the rugged coastline, providing spectacular views. Off the coast is the world renowned bird sanctuary Kapiti Island. The warm climate and relaxed lifestyle of this area have given birth to a luxurious style of country life.
Central city area of Wellington is the place to see performing arts, particularly ballet, theatre and musical performances.
