Our home

This is a 3 bedroom cozy home set on 1/2 acre of bush. There is lots of bird life and it is on a quiet street that is quite private, the decor is warm and friendly, with a spacious dect in the front for a relaxing place to dine. The kitchen has a beautiful kauri slab counter and is open to a wonderful view of an amazing expanse of sky - a pleasure to be in, as I love cooking and entertaining.

The house is located in the town of Russell, one of the most historic villages in New Zealand. It is a 10 minute walk to the village or a 3 minute drive. The village offers cafes, galleries, museums and fine dining and is a populare tourist destination at the same time as havine a "low-key" atmosphere, a wonderful place to stop for a while, but at the same time centrally located for touring the local wineries and historic places and surrounded with breathtaking scenery.
