Our home

Our home is comfortable, clean and warm. We use the back terrace all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner dining. This is truly beautiful in summer (November to April)It overlooks the lovely back private garden of which we take pride in. Our home is bookish and arty, we have a music/art studio at the rear of the section. Our home comes with one cat, last exchange we organised friends to feed her. We are respectful to exchange homes and have had lovely people exchanging with us.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are 1.8km from one of the largest shopping Mauls, a multi picture theatre complex, excellent pubs, casino and dining in Hamilton. We have a bus stop at the end of our street and a good service throughout the City. Hamilton has the most highly acclaimed Botanical gardens in our country and it is fantastic to picnic, cafe and walk in. We are 3/4 of an hour from Raglan Beach and the coast is wonderful with superb eateries. Our city has a large lake plus a major river running through it and both have extensive all weather walkways along them. Hamilton is centrally located in the north island and day trips are possible for many tourist destinations. The Waikato is a major dairy farming area, very picturesque, and has three walking mountains close to it. It is a golfers dream with many golf courses around the Waikato and very reasonably priced.
