Who we are

  1. We are a couple in our early 40s. Bill is a property developer while Belinda is a qualified double certificate nurse. We have two children a boy and girl, 10 and 12 and we love to travel. We are particularly keen to go to Whistler for Christmas 2008 but are open to any suggestions especially warmer climates in the northern hemisphere.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live right on the edge of the northern suburbs of Dunedin, just 8 minutes by car to the city centre and with a farm and rural setting over our back fence. Our street is quiet with little traffic.

Dunedin is right on the coast and there are many things to do, inlcuding cruising the harbour, visiting the only mainland albatross colony in the world and sampling the many lovely restaurants and cafes in the city centre.

Dunedin is also within 3 1/2 hours of Queenstown and Wanaka with some of the best winter skiing in the world.

Central Otago is only a couple of hours drive and there are many vineyards and outdoor activities available including trout fishing, hiking and hunting.
