Our home

Our home is a spacious comfortable two storey townhouse on a hillside setting ,private,quiet with very nice views in all directions.Downstairs is the laundry and garage, upstairs there are two bedrooms and a small office ,one bedroom has a queen size bed the other a double bed.Kitchen is compact and well equipped.Lounge is very comfortable with lots of space and good veiws of town and marina.Our home is very clean,well maintained and pleasant to live in.We have no pets to fend for.

  1. My name is Eric 62yrs young,my partner of nine years is Sue she is 51 yrs old.I am an ex-marine engineer.Last 20yrs a property developer and also involved in the fishing industry,we are both semi retired if there is such a thing.We are both very fit and have a wide range of interests. We enjoy travelling to other lands and meeting new people. Never home exchanged previously but like the idea and keen to try it now we have the time to do so.

Picton is a picturesque small seaside town with population of 4000 at the top of south island and head of Queen Charlotte sound, also ferry terminal to north island. Wellington our capital is a 3hr scenic ferry crossing.Blenheim our nearest town is 30km south,this a large grape growing area with many vineyards.Christchurch known as garden city a 4hr drive south or a scenic ride by train.Nelson an arty city also by the sea is a 2hr drive east.Picton very much a boating town with two marinas with about 2000 berths combined.
