Our home

Our house is a comfortable three bedroom family home within walking distance of a number of beaches and a 10 minute drive from vineyards, native reserves, and more beaches.
The house is a very warm sunny home with a plaster Santa Fe style finish situated on a hill with a flat site. We have a lovely large terrace which is perfect for breakfast in the morning or a BBQ in the afternoon. We also have a spa pool to relax in after a day at the beach.

Who we are

  1. My husband Buzz and I have lived and worked from Waiheke for the past 10 years. We have our consulting company specialising in IT and business process re-engineering. We have two girls aged 4 and 7. We are wanting to travel to the UK so that they can see their Grandparents who live south of Cambridge and experience snow (hopefully). We will be somewhat reluctantly leaving our summer behind!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Waiheke Island is only 35 minutes by ferry from Downtown Auckland across the beautiful Hauraki Gulf New Zealand - but a million miles away in pace and beauty.

Considered by many to be the most magical part of the Auckland experience Waiheke Island is easily accessed by ferry. Visit some of the beautiful beaches and native forest reserves on Waiheke which harmonise delightfully with the cafes, vineyards, olive groves and art studios. If you are looking for other events and activities there is plenty to do.

The residential areas of Waiheke are in small village settings each with it's own character. There is a slower pace of life than the city across the water and is a great place for a holiday or vacation and to relax and unwind. You will lose ten years the moment you step ashore on Waiheke Island
