Our home

My home is a very nice 4 bedroom, single level bungalow, 6 years old. It has master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, also 2 double bedrooms with separate bathroom, separate toilet and one single bedroom used as an office.
A large family room with underfloor heated tiles
gives access to the kitchen, dining, lounge, single bedroom/office double internal garage and main entrance.
Ranchsliders from main bedroom, family room and dining room give access to a nice tropical landscaped courtyard with feature fishpond.
Its in a small, quiet private cul-de-sac with very nice friendly neighbours and centrally located only a 3 minute stroll to Botany Town Centre, the largest open air shopping mall in New Zealand, with cinema, library, medical centre, English style pub The Cock and Bull and a huge variety of shops.
Computer and broadband available. 4th bedroom is used as office computer room
Large 42" screen T.V. in lounge with video player, DVD player and Sky cable all hooked up. Plazma 32" wall mounted slimline T.V. in family room and portable T.V. in both guest bedrooms.
Want car exchange included.
My present car is a 2003 Lexus LX470 Landcruiser, 8 seater with all options, sunroof, fridge etc. Ideal touring car, like an apartment on wheels. I may be changing this before Xmas for a new car, not sure yet.
Auckland Internation Airport is only 30 minutes away.
I will be posting photographs asap.
Ideal to stay put or use as a base to explore surrounding attractions.
