Wonderful villa near Belgian border (no traffic-jam at border). We live in a town which is walled. The house is in a very calm area. In the street you will see just villa's with big gardens. You just will hear birds. The house has a beautiful garden of 1400 square meter. We have three nice terraces and a big pond. The house has very big rooms nicely furnished. The kitchen has a nice kitchen island an a island fireplace.
Upstairs we have two very big bedroom and to a little bit less big.
The bathroom is big and has a sauna.
Downstairs there is a office with printer and fax.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The town is a touristic walled town. A lot of tourist visit our town. On Sunday all the shops are open and you will see a lot of people in the center.
Our house is outside the wall in a area with new built house. We live two minutes from the Belgian border, so you can visit all the beautiful Belgian towns like Antwerpen(20 minutes), Brussel(45minutes), Gent(45 minutes and the wonderful town Brugge(50 minutes). Amsterdam is two hours and in summertime there are no traffic jams
You can make nice written bike tours and walks. Also the beach is not far away and normally very calm.
Off course you must visit the Delta werken and Neeltje Jans.
In 1.5 hour you will find Efteling, Bellewaarde, Bobbejaanland and Walibi.
So there is enough to do!!!
