Our home

My home is a new built appartment on the Waterfront, next to the Adamtower Lookout and EYE moviecenter. There is a wide view over the park, the main water of Amsterdam and just only 5 minutes walk + 5 ferryminutes from the Central Station and the citycenter. (the ferry is free of charge and goes every 3 minutes 24/7)

The appartment is on the third floor, accesable by elevator and has a sunny balcony (with shade space), facing south/southeast. The apartment is very light due to large windows.
There are two bedrooms with two double beds + a folding cot. There is one large bathroom with a bath, a seperate shower and toilet. There is another seperate toilet aswell.

There is free acces to a gym in the appartmentbuilding nextdoors and to thre communitygarden in the back.
The house is fully equipped for 4 people + 1 child under 3 (bed, chair, toys)
My home is an excellent appartment for people who want to visit busy Amsterdam and still want to stay in a quiet place.

Your neighbourhood

This neighbourhood was built in 2012 and it became very popular for living, and also for tourists, because it is more spacious than the old town and there is a lot to see. And it is so very near the canals, just this 5 minutes ferry and you are in the area of 17th century.
