Who we are

  1. We are a professional couple living and working in Windhoek, Namibia. We have a holiday home in Australia which we use periodically when visiting two of our daughters who are at university in Perth. We are so privileged being able to spend time in each of these homes - in Namibia relishing the African wildlife and bushveld and in Australia enjoying the seaside and healthy watersport lifestyle. We would love the opportunity to share these with you whilst at the same time we are so keen to see the rest of the world and in particular Europe because it appers to be so totally different to the southern hemisphere. We have one adult married daughter (Robynne)and three unmarried daughters (Nicole 21, Megan 19 and Lauren 15).

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our house is located in the upmarket suburb of Eros, 5 minutes drive to Windhoek city centre. This vibrant, clean and safe city is your gateway into Namibia and offers all the amenities that a small modern city provides.

Before before heading out on your "African Adventure", we suggest you take time in Windhoek to explore the culture and history of this former German colony. Typical (multi-day) tours out of Windhoek include the world famous Etosha National Park, Sossusvlei, Namib Desert, Swakopmund, Fish River Canyon, and the Kahalari Desert. Numerous commercial safari operators are based in Windhoek and take a variety of tours into this stunningly beautiful, vast and diverse country. If you are a more independent traveller car or camper hire is easily available in Windhoek.
