Our home

A 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath house in San Miguel de Allende's central historical district.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully-equipped.

The house has wireless high-speed internet and an excellent water purification system, so the water is fully potable.

The rooftop deck is large and private, with abundant hummingbirds and great views in all directions. A new Weber grill is ready for your use.

An exchange of cars is also possible.

Who we are

  1. A small business owner, I lived in New York City for 30 years before relocating to Mexico in 2014. I have completed more than 20 trades - numerous exchanges in Paris and Amsterdam; awesome visits to London, Barcelona, Berlin, Nice, Montreal, and Napa, CA; a wonderful exchange in southwest Ireland and several trades in the south of France. It has been a great experience.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

For a visit to San Miguel de Allende, you could not find a better location. El Jardin and La Parroquia are a 7-minute walk, good restaurants are nearby, galleries and shopping opportunities are an easy walk.

A UNESCO World Heritage site, SMA was named Travel/Leisure's #1 Destination for 2017:

San Miguel is one of also one of Mexico's SAFEST cities, far from the more dangerous areas near the USA border.

The cities of Guanajuato (another spectacularly colorful UNESCO site), Dolores Hidalgo (birthplace of Mexican Independence) and Queretaro are easy day-trips. The stunning Santuario de Atotonilco ('Mexico's Sistine Chapel') and a natural hot spring, Escondido Place, are minutes away.
