Our home

This is our second home so it has most ammentities needed for couples or families. It is ocean front property in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is 2 stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also 2 living rooms, 2 patios with a view of the ocean and kitchen. It is not fancy but has lots of charm and space. It is comletely furnished and all you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush.

Property features

Who we are

  1. My husband and I own a Chiropractic clinic here in Merida. We have lived in Mexico for 4 and a half years now but we are originally from California. We love to travel everywhere with our three children when ever we can escape. Our children our ages 11,7, and 2 years old. Because they live in a foreign country they have become adaptable to all situations and are very well behaved. Because we love our home so much and everthing in it is special to us I am confident we will take very good care of a home we are visiting in an exchange.

Your neighbourhood

Merida is the center for all the archeological Mayan ruins, cenotes and caves. There are many points of interest here for tourist. Cancun and Tanlum ruins are only about 4 hours away, but many prefer to stay here in Merida because of the beautiful sights. Merida is also only 20 minutes away from Progresso beach. The Yucatan is considered the safest state in Mexico due to absolutely no crime here. It is Mexicos best kept secret. Please see the website www.meridainsider.com for more great info.
