My apartment, cozy and comfortable, is located at first floor of an elegant building with garden in a quiet area near the center of Verona. You can reach the Arena (Roman amphitheater in the heart of Verona) by bus or a 30 minute walk away.
The apartment consists of a large living room with two sofas and TV, kitchenette and a little balcony, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed plus a trundle bed, a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, DVD, wi-fi, stereo.
I also have a Volkswagen Touran that can be part of the exchange.
The airport is 15 km, the railway station 5 km, the bus stop is 50 m away from home.

Who we are

  1. I'm an engineer, heating systems professional, I am 66 years old and I practiced until 3 years ago. Now I am retired, I live alone, my children are not with me, I haven’t grandchildren so I have time to travel, to go to the mountains and cycling. I like ski touring and cycling. I am looking for an apartment for two people. I am tidy, respectful, non-smoker. I will respect your home and environment, and I hope you would as well with mine.
