Our home

Our 16th Century Villa in a vineyard and on 15 acres of property in the Valpolicella region of Verona is a fabulous place to rest and visit the city or the local wineries. The property has fabulous views of the beautiful Valpolicella hills. We have modernized and divided the villa into three main homes. The portion that we use on the weekends is what we will exchange. The outside has a lovely covered terrace and patio area which is great for relaxing with a glass of soave and reading while the kids play ping pong outside or play in the terraced vineyard. The first floor of the house includes a fully outfitted kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and an attached dining area. The dining area has full windows to enjoy the view of the wisteria and honey suckle. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a double bed, studio with one twin, full bath, and large terrace. The third floor has a large master bedroom with four twin beds, a play room, a full bath, and large terrace.

Who we are

  1. My husband is CFO for a multinational fashion group and I work at the local University. We have a 12 year old son. We like to travel and usually do at least 3 times a year. We have never done exchanges before. We do not live in Verona year round so we do not have to do simultaneous exchanges.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We are the first town on the outskirts of Verona to the North-you can get to the center of Verona in 5 minutes by car-bus stops are directly at the bottom of our hill). Verona is famous for many things including its opera season at the Arena, its beautiful museums, great piazzas, roman theater, restaurants, etc- the list of amenities goes on and on. Additionally, Verona is an hour from Venice/Padua, 30 minutes from Vicenza, and 90 minutes from Milan.
