Our home

My house is in Venice, a beautiful old house with fresco's XIX century, with a romantic garden, two tortues, veranda, terrace, newly restaured, near campo Santa Margherita, Zattere, Chiesa di San Sebastiano, Accademia, Piazzale Roma, Ferrovia.

Property features

Who we are

  1. I'm a musicology professor and countrywoman. I and my family, 14 dogs, three horses and three donkeys live in a villa near Treviso and we have this beautiful house in Venice, newly restored. It is a work in progress, unfinished yet: we must put curtains, better light, and some more furniture. You will see the progress in the photo I'll put in the site. The house is already ready to receive you.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Venice is Venice. The house is in the center, 2 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, 10 minutes from piazzale roma, 3 minutes from vaporetto San Basilio and Zattere, 20 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco. And, this is a very important thing in Venice, you will find food shop very near the house! The house is a romantic discover: it is in Fondamenta Briati, near Hosteria da Codroma. You enter from a gate in the Fondamenta, you have an useful room at floor where you can put your luggage, and you go up at the first floor. You enter and find your way between rooms (2, with double bed, and one room in the garden), bathrooms (two in the upper house, one in the little one in the garden), a great living room from where you can see the orti, the old gardens of Venice and the romantic garden of the house, a kitchen with all the colours of the sun, the veranda, where you can eat in summer as in winter, a beautiful terrazza and, downstairs, you will walk in the garden, property of old Rococò and young Pasqualino, the two tortues who live there.
