Our home

Nice and clean apartment in the historical center of VENICE close to San Barnaba's square in Dorsoduro.
10 minutes from the railway station and Piazzale Roma, 15 minutes walking from San Marco's square.
Very quiet area, close to attraction, restaurants, museums and public transports.
It is very close to supermarket and all food shops.
The flat is 60 mq, with a large dining/living room, 1 sofa (can become a double bed), armchair, cooking area and a table. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
There's also a flat television and high speed wi-fi connection.
I also have a studio (30 square meters) in the same building, which can be made available for long-term home-exchange

Who we are

  1. I am an artist printmaker, Venice is my source of inspiration, and I travel a lot around the world, to show my artwork. I'm a late fifties, and I live next to the apartment you will stay. I love to travel and I'd like to exchange my second house with New York, S. Francisco, Paris, London and all the big cities. I like nature, beach, mountain and interesting places for vacation.
The exchange can also be for a long term (2-3 weeks, or month)

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is very quiet, the apartment isn't placed in an area of nightlife (but you can reach them in a few minutes by walk) and noisy places.
It's very close to Campo Santa Margherita, Campo San Barnaba and the Accademia.
