Our home

Our apartment looks cosy and warm with carpets and curtains and consists of a living room furnished with a sofa bed, a couple of armchairs and some antiques; a modern, fully equipped kitchenette; one queen size bed room and one bathroom with shower. It can easily accommodate 2 people.
There is a flat screen satellite tv and an independent heating system also providing hot water.
It is part of an early nineteens building completely renovated in 2007, with lift, located downtown in Turin.
The underground is a few steps away and a lot of buses serve the area, even if it is very easy to walk wherever downtown.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We both ( Anna and Pietro ) are retired in our sixties ( Anna was a teacher, Pietro was a Manager of a multinational petroleum company ).
We are reliable people, very respectful of other people's rights and fully committed to look after other people's properties. Therefore we are willing to swap with a counterpart who consider the above as valuable as we do.

Your neighbourhood

Turin (Torino) lies at the centre of a wonderful region - Piemonte - and is an ideal holiday destination, even more famous after the recent winter Olympic games. The largest Italian river, whose name is Po, flows sometimes quiet sometimes forceful within green banks through the town.
Art, culture and history are very much at home in Turin (Torino) and this can be seen by the city's museums and buildings, its piazzas, courtyards and churches, its urban development works and exhibitions, its historic relics and avant-garde pieces, its traditions and its progress. With more than 40 museums ( the famous Egyptian Museum above all, and the movie museum, the car museum etc ) Turin (Torino) is one of the most appealing cities in Italy. Many great architects have played a significant role over the centuries and even today the most important names are called upon to enrich the city with modern symbols. In 2008, Turin has been appointed to be the worldwide capital of design.
