Our home

Our house is situated about 800m/0.5 miles from the swarming city center of Terni, industrial city surrounded by a landscape of olive groves and gentle hills. Our house is very comfortable for couple and families.
In our 80 mq house we have 3 double room, 2 little bathroom (one with bath and one with shower), the kitchen is very well-equipped ,the living overlooks on the little garden where there is a big table and a bbq. We don’t have condition air, we have a cooling fan. We have a living basement where we have created a hobby room and TV room with projector and DVD player. It’s our choice not to have cable TV or satellite TV…
we provide our bikes for your outings.
We have 3 childrens so we have various games for them.
The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, Wireless internet, projector and DVD player and a pop corn machine!
WE OFFER A 6 PEOPLE HOUSE AND WE ARE LOOKING also for a smaller size house.
There are many excursion to do from here:
- Rome is 50 minutes by train;
- the 2000-year old ruins at Carsulae (a spectacular example of Roman town planning);
-Narni (with its famous medieval festival), San Gemini, Todi, Amelia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia with its jazz festival, and Assisi;
- very close in sourrounding you will find small charming villages such as Torre Orsina, Ferentillo, Piediluco, Collescipoli;
- the spectacular waterfalls of Marmore (the highest in Europe);
- the park of monsters in Bomarzo;
-if you like sports you will find great walking around Terni (there are many Franciscan paths connecting beautiful monasteries) canyoning, rafting, climbing,
adventure trail for children and hang-gliding are offered, tennis and paddle at about 500 m from our house
-we strongly recommended food and wine tours in the various farms and wineries in the area to taste all Umbrian specialties like trouffles, Sagrantino di Montefalco, cheeses and olive oil. During the summer you will enjoy the festivals that offer every kind of culinary specialty.

Airports: Perugia, 40 minutes; Rome, 1 hour 20 minutes. Railway station at Terni, 2 km /1,2 miles from house.
