Our home

The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical italian condominium. Cozy and colorful, it consists of a wide living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with jacuzzi, a nice garden full of plants surrounding the house. In the living room there's a double sofa-bed. Perfect for a couple, but can sleep up to 3 people. Although it's located in a condominium, peace and quiet are guaranteed. In the garden there is a small depandance, where I sometimes host my cousin for small periods; during these periods, he needs access to the living room to reach the garden, and thus the depandance.
Very nice and sweet cat (Mia) to take care of.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The neighborhood is near the historical center, which can be very easily reached by tram in only 10 minutes (the tram stop is just 2 minutes walking); the area surrounding the house is full of shops, bars, pizzerias, local markets, internet points, atm's. With a 5-minute tram ride, one can reach Villa Pamphili, Rome's largest park. The area is very well connected, so with tram or buses all of the major city attractions (Saint Peter's, the Coliseum, etc...) are reachable. Close to this neighborhood is Trastevere, the most tipical old part of the city, very fascinating and full of cafes and night life; also good food and wine are found in Trastevere. Every Sunday morning there is the famous flea market called "porta Portese", which attracts a great number of people. In ten minutes you can reach Trastevere train station, which has direct connections for Rome's international airport every 20 minutes, and takes about 20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, perfect for your lovely stay in Rome!
