Our home

The apartment (100 sqm) is well-refined and well-kept, very bright, tidy and clean. We've just moved here in June 2017. Located in the southern area of Rome, it is close to the center and well connected to the major attractions of the city: within 300 meters you will find the subway stop of Metro A, Porta Furba/Quadraro, which runs through the center and directly connects to Saint Peter Basilica, Vatican Museum and Piazza di Spagna. Thanks to the good transport links, you can reach easily and quickly the most beautiful and historical areas of Rome, as well as museums, galleries, cinemas and theaters.

Our home is on the second floor of a building of the Fifties (without lift); it has one double bedroom, one single bedroom, one little child single bedroom, a spacious living room with a 2-places sofa bed, and the kitchen is complete with all equipment.

Both bathrooms has showers and one has bathtub. There is also a balcony and a nice view to the park.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort, heating, SmartTV (Netflix and Amazon Prime) and WIFI.

Who we are

  1. We're a family of 4: I'm Elisa and I'm working in the audiovisual sector, while my partner Gabriele is employed in the entertainment industry.
Our son Milo is two years old, and Gianluca, Gabriele’s teenager son, lives with us periodically.
We're an open-minded family and like to explore the world and all its cultures. We can refer you to all interesting spots in Rome and Italy in general, from arts and museums to shopping and entertainment.
We'll treat your home with respect and like it's our own.
We've already experienced a great swap in New York City, a great week in Copenhagen to celebrate our birthdays and New Year's Eve, a long weekend in Barcelona for the PRIMAVERA SOUND, a week in Paris, in London and Bilbao together with Gianluca; we're looking forward to the next exchange!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The apartment is situated in a nice, quiet and green district in the southern part of Rome, called Quadraro, reported by TIME magazine as one of the five "secret places" in Rome.
Two public and archeological parks are very close, while just behind the corner there are plenty of shops and cafè, restaurants and pizzeria.
The subway station is only 300meters (5' walking) from our home.

In the area you can also find several markets and not far from our home you'll find a daily market, called mercato del Quadraro.
