Your neighbourhood

The apartment is situated in a nice, safe and green district in the very center of Rome, called Villaggio Olimpico. It's been built in the 1960 in order to host Olympic Games athletes. Actually is populated by young families and young professionists. The atmosphere is always friendly and very quiet. Villaggio Olimpico houses important cultural and meeting point such as Auditorium Parco della musica, Museo Maxxi, Ponte Milvio (restaurants, markets, pubs ecc..) and Villa Glori. It's very close to Piazza del Popolo and the old town centre (2,5 km, 20 minutes walking or five tram stops) and is very well equipped by public transports (buses, tram, subway). Many restaurants, shops and coffees are in the surround. For your convenience: 50 meters from our house there is a supermarket (Carrefour franchise) open 24/7.
