Our home

We offer a beautiful apartment warm and inviting, in the centre of Rome at the fifth floor of a 100 year old building. The house is very comfortable. There is a large living room with a 42' LCD and two sofas, an antique table and all the furnitures are antique. The main bedroom has a tv and a satellite receiver and a computer to connect to Internet (broadband). The second bedroom has two twin beds. The two toilets are new and have the shower or the bath. There a large kitchen where we usually eat altogether. The floor is wooden and the whole apartment has been remodeled 2 years ago.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are Federico and Raffaella, a married couple of people (engineer and b&b owner) in our early fourty with two daughters of 11 and 10 years. We haven't done a home exchange before and we expect to find someone who cares of our home as if it was his own home. We would like to get in touch with someone and e-mail each other to see if we can be fellow exchangers.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Situaded in the very elegant area of Prati, close to the important shopping street (Via Cola di Rienzo) with a lot of good quality shops and stores. At 200 metres far from our building there is the metro station Lepanto and anyway, you can get Castel S. Angelo or the Vatican City and S.Peter's by foot, as well as all the old City Centre (Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and so on). There are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias. In summer there is a nice fair with live music or stands of books and artcrafts close to the river Tiber.
