Our home

The flat is small (55mq) but cosy, furnished and well equipped: kitchen/living room, one bedroom (double bed), the bathroom and a balcony. Perfect for two people and possibly more, a comfortable couch (bed) is in the living room. The flat is on the 7th floor of a residential building (equipped with lift) in a quite area, no street noise and a nice view.
The kitchen is comfortable and provides several facilities: espresso machine, microwave, gas oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The nearby balcony has a second sink and a drying clothes space. In the living room: a comfortable table, the couch, a library, television and internet Wi-Fi connexion (ADSL).
The bedroom has a double bed, a dresser, a wardrobe and another small TV.
In the cosy and brightly coloured bathroom there is also a bath.

Who we are

  1. We are a young couple (both 30 years old), we have been together for the last 7 years. We work as a journalist and as engineer, respectively. We have been living in this house since April 2011 after two years spent outside Rome. We love travelling overall in the “swap way”: we had other swap experience (a month exchange !). We would like to plan more often long and short (like long weekend) exchanges during the whole year (not only in the summer!)

P.S. NEW YEAR’S EVE: we bought two tickets to Paris, from the 27th of Dec 2011 to the 4th of jan 2012. Is anyone interested in swapping his/her house in Paris with our in Rome for such period?
