Our home

This is a very nice first floor apartment located inside a villa, which is almost one century old.
The villa is located walking distance from the historical city center.
It features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second room with 2 twin beds. The apartment has one renovated bathroom and a large living-in fully equipped kitchen.
The beautiful and bright living room has decorated ceilings and it is perfect to make you feel back in time!
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden that is guarded by a dog: our Giant Schnauzer named Pippo is friendly and joyful, but he might be a problem if you are afraid of big dogs

Who we are

  1. I am a retired teacher of Latin and Ancient Greek in my sixties. I have 2 daughters and I am happy when they travel with me, but it doesn't happen often. I love travelling everywhere ... and meet new people.

Modena is a friendly city, with an interesting history and plenty of things to see, hear and taste!
The city is beautifully located in the north of Italy whereby it is easy and fast to reach other amazing cities in Italy such as Milan, Florence, Venice and Verona.
It is famous worldwide for its flavors and art of good cooking with timeless ingredients from the past. Visits can be made to farms throughout the province that produce Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, Lambrusco red wine, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto.
Our very important theatre is entitle to Luciano Pavarotti, the world famous singer born in Modena.
Last but not least Modena is the town of the FERRARI CARS.
