Our home

We live in a sunny and spacious apartment in the center of Milan. Our house is warm and welcoming, overlooking a nice park. There are 3 bedroom (1 double bed and 2 singles). There is a cozy big living room where you can find a large dinner table with a beautiful park view. On the long south balcony 2 of the bedrooms look out. The kitchen, the bathroom and the other bedroom are situated in the north side with an amazing view of the new skyscrapers of Milan. Our apartment is located on the 7th floor (equipped with a vintage lift) , surrounded by a very nice view.

At walking distance from the center of Milan. Moreover you can reach Piazza Castello e Parco Sempione in just 10 minutes by bus; the Duomo is attainable in 10 minutes by the underground that is 5 minutes-walk. We are also quite near the night life of Milan: the Darsena district, which is plenty of nice restaurant and pub. Around the Duomo there are Via Torino, Via Montenapoleone and San Babila district which are the best places for shopping.

Milan is in an ideal position to visit north of Italy, Venice, Verona, Florence, Bologna, Liguria coast, without taking the car! The high-speed train to Venice is 1 hour 30 minutes, the train to Florence 2 hours and the one to Rome 2 hours 30. The beaches of Liguria are 30 minutes by train and 1 hour by car. Near Milan there are beautiful lakes like Garda lake , Maggiore lake, Como lake.

The nearest airports are Linate e Malpensa.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

A big supermarket is around the corner and in front of it on Saturday and Tuesday there is the open market for clothes and fresh vegetables. Near the house there is a quite big park with a pool, some playgrounds and dogs areas.
We love live here because we don't need to use the car every day, moving from our house with the public transport is so easy!
Our zone is well provided of public transport to reach the city centre quickly. Milan is a city rich of historical monuments and ,if you like to walk, from the house you can arrive in 10 minutes to S.Maria delle Grazie (L'Ultima cena di Leonardo), Sant'Ambrogio, in 15 minutes to the museums (Palazzo Reale, Museo del Novecento and MUDEC) and the city centre.
