Property features

Who we are

  1. I'm a 49 years old single woman from Florence.

  2. I work for a research institute dealing with national and european educational projects for the Ministry of Education. I work with a part time contract that allows me to have 3 months off every year, so I try to make the most of this time travelling.

  3. I love travelling (of course), art exhibitions, strolling in parks, movies, books, music, going to gigs, getting to know new people and cultures.
I'm easy-going, a neat and quiet person, love pets and I've been volunteering for many years in migrant support associations in Florence and London. I often travel solo or with a friend .

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

My cozy one bedroom flat is in the absolute city centre of Florence just a stone's throw away from the main tourist attractions of the city: Santa Croce Church, the famous Brunelleschi Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery.
You can easily walk to every part of the city center, the main railway station is only a 15 minute walk and you'll be within a few minutes walk with many bus lines to take you to different parts of the city. The flat is located in a very lively, vibrant and safe area, full of restaurants, cafès, pubs, clubs, shops, close to supermarkets and the famous daily local street market Sant'Ambrogio.
The river Arno with its picturesque and historic walkways, stunning views of the city and green pathways is within a 2 minute walk from my apartment, as is the Ponte Vecchio. In crossing it you will find yourself immediately in the Oltrarno area, where the famous Santo Spirito Church and Pitti Palace are located.
