Who we are

  1. I have always been in love with Italy, ever since we lived in Rome for 2 years when I was a child. In 2005, I realised my dream of buying and restoring an old house in Umbria. Luckily,I had help in the form of architect friends in Rome. It was a wonderful project which took 2 years to complete. Now, I have my dream house. I am originally from Los Angeles, although I left when I was 12 and have been living in Europe ever since, mostly in London with my British mother. I now live in Paris. I am a non smoker, and hope you are too.

Your neighbourhood

Collazzone is a small village 550 metres high up in the Umbrian hills in the county of Perugia. We are 700 people in the historic centre. It has unlimited views of olive grove covered hills, in the distance are the beautiful towns of Todi and Perugia. In the village, we have a restaurant, a cafe, a post office and bank, a butcher and two general stores for food. So, it is a lively village. Wonderful village fairs and celebrations in August in the Piazza.Nearby are Assisi, Spoleto, Montefalco and all the wonders of Umbria. Rome 1h 30 minutes and Florence 1h 30 minutes by car. Siena and Arezzo about 1 hour.
