Who we are

  1. We are a married couple ( Luciana and Efrem). Both teachers - now retired. Our daughter Giulia is 37. She's married and has three children: Pietro, Anna and Maria. Our son Matteo is 30. He has graduated in London and works there.
We have being swapping for almost ten years now and have never been disappointed! Swapping has been a great thing. Both for the places we have visited but even more for the new acquaintances and friends we have made.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

What usually people most appreciate, is the location of our place and what the surrounding area offers: in spring, summer, autumn and even in winter - both for grown ups and young people. If you are looking for art, culture, music, you can easily reach, either by car or public means of transport, the nearby towns: Verona, Vicenza, Padova, Venezia, Mantova, Ferrara, Trento, Brescia, etc. Art towns with monuments, museums, galleries, music, theaters and so on. Or the small beautiful villages round the Lake Garda: Peschiera, Bardolino, Lazise, Garda, Torri, Malcesine, Desenzano, Sirmione, Limone, etc. . For those who love nature: long excursions or bicycle trips among the vineyards and fruit-farms of the surrounding countryside or on the bike tracks along Lake Garda or the river Mincio (70/80 km of bike track from Garda down to Mantova). Or mountain hiking around Monte Baldo with the amazing view over Lake Garda or relaxing in the pools of hot thermal springs at Sirmione (20 km) or Colà di Lazide (3 km). They are open all year round. And if you are willing to travel, in a 1 hour drive you are among the Dolomites!
Last but not least: don't forget our food and excellent wine!
Quite a few Golf Clubs in the area for those who like it (http://www.golfclubparadiso.it) and plenty opportunities young people: Gardaland (www.gardaland.it), Canevaworld (www.canevaworld.it), Movieland (www.movieland.it), Sealife (www.sealife.co.uk), Zoo Safari (www.parconaturaviva.it). There's a lot for everybody, all year round!
